Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days following payment confirmation. Orders received on weekends or recognized holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Methods

Bioryx Labs ships via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL based on destination and order size, and offers air and ground options for delivery. All peptide products are packaged with appropriate insulated materials to maintain product integrity throughout transit.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $12 via Ground, and $22 via Air. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as noted on the website.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

After shipment:

• Domestic Ground: 6–10 business days
• Domestic Air: 2–5 business days

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Use this number to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Bioryx Labs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or uncollected delivery will be reshipped at the customer’s expense. We will contact you by email to arrange reshipment.
