Refund & Return Policy
Overview
Because our products are research-grade compounds requiring strict temperature control and unbroken chain-of-custody integrity, Bioryx Labs operates under a limited replacement policy. Please review this policy in full before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns of opened, used, or handled products under any circumstances. This policy is in place to preserve product integrity and uphold the standards required for research-grade compounds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Reach us at info@bioryxlabs.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging as received
After review, Bioryx Labs will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Cash refunds for damaged orders are not issued unless a replacement cannot be fulfilled.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows a successful delivery but you have not received your package, please notify us within 2 business days of the delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation. Bioryx Labs is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only before an order has entered fulfillment. Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at info@bioryxlabs.com with your order number if you need to request a cancellation.
Chargebacks
Initiating an unjustified chargeback could result in a permanent purchasing ban. We maintain complete transaction records and will contest all fraudulent disputes. If you have a legitimate concern with your order, please contact us directly — we are committed to resolving valid issues promptly.
