KLOW Blend

The KLOW research blend extends the three-compound GLOW formulation with the addition of KPV (Lys-Pro-Val), the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone that retains the parent hormone’s anti-inflammatory activity through a melanocortin-independent mechanism. KPV is transported into intestinal epithelial cells via the oligopeptide transporter PepT1 and has been studied for its capacity to inhibit NF-κB activation and reduce pro-inflammatory cytokine expression in preclinical models of intestinal inflammation. Combined with BPC-157, GHK-Cu, and TB500, this blend is formulated for research applications investigating multi-pathway anti-inflammatory and regenerative responses across vascular, matrix, and epithelial systems.
